Secrets to Beautiful Hair
Always wash your hair with lower temperature water. A lot of people damage their hair with very hot water. Wash your hair every other day or even every third day.
Use the shampoo designed for your type of hair. Do not put the shampoo in the middle of your hand and push it into the middle of your scalp. Rub it on your hands to evenly distribute. If you have acne, remember that shampoo can cause more acne. Rinse your face, neck and back thoroughly after using shampoo.
Use hair conditioner which is formulated for your hair type. Conditioning your hair is one of the most important steps to keep your hair healthy and beautiful. Get a good brand that you let soak into your hair for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
Pat your hair dry. Put the towel on your head into a turban but, when you take it off, pat the hair in between the towel instead of rubbing your head with it. If you must use blow dryer, set it on low or medium heat.
Never brush your hair when it is wet. Brushes break your hair. Use a comb and pick up sections of your hair to comb easily and carefully. Be careful not to over-brush, because it can make your hair greasy and damage the hair and scalp.
Get regular trims. Most people want longer hair and believe that trimming will slow down the length growth. This is just not true. Without a trim, you get split ends. Split ends break and tear leaving ugly ends and actually will not let your hair grow as long as if you do get it trimmed.
If you color your hair stay within two shades of your natural color. Color should compliment your skin tone and eye color. Think about your current style. Make sure you have your hair in the best possible condition before coloring.
Eating a healthy, balanced diet is necessary for the health and beauty of your hair! Great nutrition is the most effective way of getting awesome hair.

Laser hair removal is rapidly growing to be the most popular quick painless hair removal treatment of all time. This is largely because of the immense benefits that the treatment seems to promise to millions of people around the world who are feeling unattractive due to the presence of unwanted body hair. Electrolysis for hair removal is fast becoming a thing of the past even as quick hair removal methods like waxing and tweezing continue to diminish in popularity as long-term or permanent hair removal treatments.

Female Hair Loss: Once A Mystery
During some time, people used to believe that female hair loss was related to heredity. Since this condition has been a nightmare for many women, the Medicine started to study this case and the revelations are amazing.
In spite of what people used to think, female hair loss is not ONLY related to heredity. In fact, this is a secondary factor. The causes of female hair loss are a little bit more complicated than the causes related to men’s hair loss.
Women in general experience hair loss due to stress, drug therapies and menopause. Although the first two factors mentioned here are also related to hair loss in men, they are more frequent in women.
In general, women tend to be more concerned about the daily life than men. This increases the level of stress and one of its manifestations in the female organism is the hair loss. In this case, the treatment should not only stimulate hair growth, but also treat stress. Otherwise, even if hair growth is stimulated, hair loss can occur again.
The use of drug for therapy is a complicated issue. Hair loss due to this is frequent in the treatment against cancer. The drugs used in chemotherapy are too aggressive and hair loss may be the slight side effect.
Menopause is another problem. Besides all the unbalance in the organism that it causes, menopause can cause hair loss as an indirect consequence of it.
In addition to that, other factor is related to hair loss in female. Since female use to dye their hair more frequent than men. The dye used may provoke some reactions. And these reactions in long-term may cause hair loss. Although some people advise about that, this is highly ignored by women. When they start dying their hair, they are worried about “being pretty” and don’t care about the possibility of experiencing hair loss.
Although all these and although it seems hopeless, there are some things women can do in order to help hair loss.

Different Types of Hats to Hide Your Bad Hair Day
Stylish Hats For Bad Hair Days
Do not worry if you have a bad hair day. Just hide it with a stylish hat and carry on with your routine. But be sure not to remove your hat as it could expose your bad hair. Many hats are available in different style which can suit your taste. You can also choose from the many styles that suits you and your attire for that particular day.
In the cold winter months a wool hat, or toque, is a great way to cover up your head and keep warm as well. Not just for skiers or snowboarders anymore, wool hats are very funky and stylish. A new style that is very popular is wool hats with a bit of a brim. This gives the hat a bit more shape and it looks great on most people since it doesn’t draw too much attention to the size and shape of the head.
Baseball hats are a type of hat that never seems to go out of style. However, the popular style of baseball hat has changed throughout the years. The fitted flexible hat was very popular a few years back, and this year it seems to be the trucker style mesh hat. These definitely don’t suit everyone since they add height to your head and are not fitted. Many popular surf companies are making these hats for men and women.
Cowboy hats are not just worn down south, but are gaining popularity in other areas as well. Everybody wants to get into a rustic identity by preferring the cowboy or cowgirl style of hats as these hats come in a variety of colors, shapes and style. It comes in blue, pink and many other colors with art work of shells and other things embellished to give an appealing look.
Bucket hats are a great stylish cover up for the beach during the hot summer months. These hats are adorable and also suit almost everyone. You can find a huge variety of styles with fun summer prints on them. Half bucket hats are also becoming very popular and seem to be more versatile than the full versions.
Newsboy hats are another hit amongst both the sex. These hats are stylish and serve to cover your head in a sophisticated manner. You can have one of wool, as this hat never goes out of fashion.
Many high fashion designers are getting in on the popularity of hats. Coach, for example comes out with a stylish monogrammed bucket hat each year that is very popular and sells quickly. Fedoras are also seeing heightened popularity and many designers are coming out with their own take on these old-school hats for the spring season.
You have a variety of hats to choose from if you want to select one for yourself. You can use hats not just to cover your bad hair days, but also to improve your personality. You can choose a hat that fits you the best from amongst the many available.

Sensitive Areas Hair Free for Weeks? A Beauty Consultant Reveals How
Epilady epilators are made with the woman in mind. Their wonderful epilators were created for the contours and curves of your body that will leave even those sensitive areas hair free for four to six weeks and remove the small ugly hairs that all women hate.
Epilady’s most popular new design is the New Discreet Compact. This is the smallest and most efficient epilator on the market today in my opinion. It is fast, smooth and quieter than others that you may have tried in the past. It really shows how epilators have improved over the years. The design is great for removing unwanted hair at practically any angle. You will be amazed at how this compact epilator will remove even the finest of hairs right from the root. The wide epilating head will remove hair smoothly and comfortably. It has two operating speeds, has an ergonomic design for easier handling, and come complete with its own carrying case, cleaning brush and power cord.
Many women I know prefer the Epilady Duet, 2-in-1 Epilator and Shaver. This 2 in 1 system gives you the ability to change from epilator to shaver by just flipping it over to the other side. This is the newest design that gives you all the hair removal system you will ever need in one handy design. It has 40 tweezer discs on the epilator head that will give you a faster and more efficient hair removal system. This system is safe to use all on your sensitive skin including face, legs, underarms and your bikini line. The ergonomic design provides a non-slip design hold to aid in the comfort of removing unwanted hair.
Keep watching Epilady for new designs for comfort and pain reducing ways to remove unwanted hair for longer periods of time. They are constantly finding new ways to improve these wonderful products so we can feel confident and wear anything we want without those ugly small hairs growing back quickly.

If you have been shaving for a number of years you may be amazed when you hear claims that there is such a thing as painless hair removal that lasts. You will have tried everything for silky soft skin - shaving doesn’t last, electrolysis and laser hair removal are too painful.
What you need to try is the new breed of epilators which gently pulls the hair while holiding the skin firmly to ensure no pain.
Panasonic designs some unique and easy to use epilators that will make your day go so much easier. You will have the comfort of knowing that you will be hair free even in sensitive areas for up to 4 to 6 weeks with a Panasonic epilator.
The only most women are talking about is the Panasonic Skin Protector System Epilator. This awesome epilator holds down your skin while it gently pulls out the hair. The 32 tweezer discs will gently pull even the finest hair from the root and does not come in direct contact with your skin. The head of the Panasonic Epilator slides from side to side very smoothly to remove all the hair including ones that are around 0.5mm. This is one epilator that you are sure to use all the time. It can go cordless with its rechargeable battery or can also be used with the cord. To re-charge all you need to do is plug it in. I particularly recommend this epilator for very sensitive skin.
Another recommended Panasonic Epilator is the ES119AC Progressions Cosmetic Groomer. This is one unique epilator that can be used by either a man or woman. It was designed especially for use on the face and neck. This cool epilator is battery operated, so there are never any cords in the way, so it is much easier to use. You will enjoy taking it with you as you travel or when you need to remove hair on the go. The stainless steel microfine blades will give you a comfortable and easy way to remove unwanted hair.
